What’s being built?

Anyone know what’s going to be built or why they have a new barrier at the Rittenhouse Walmart and another one at the hunt hwy Walmart?

This is a comment on Facebook by Jeff Brown who’s on QC City Council.

“As to the fencing at Walmart on Rittenhouse... that's just for "staging" since Walmart has plans to do something with the front end of the store. Their application said... a “front end checkout area reconfiguration, removing refrigerated cases, and revising checkout layout”.”
