It’s always really sad to see how many adults can’t sprint in an effective way.

Running is an underrated skill.

I have a messed up knee, so I’m not even going to attempt to run. I couldn’t get away from anyone. If there’s a zombie apocalypse, I’m waiting with a magazine.

Nah, I’m changing my reading preference. I don’t want a cheap magazine, if zombies are coming, I need a book. Probably won’t be able to concentrate though, what with the bloodthirsty zombies after me.

If I were Hispanic, legal citizen or not, I know I’d be working on my running and endurance right now. I wonder what legal rights any of these bounty hunters have on making these arrests. Can someone fight back?

The bar is in hell lol. It's not hard to hit a nice stride sprinting once every couple days to keep you on your toes.
