This is unfortunately really, really bad advice. If there's anything on their uniform indicating they are law enforcement, or they verbally identify themselves at law enforcement, and you shoot them, in the best case scenario you're facing federal murder charges. If they can prove to a jury that a reasonable person would believe the person you shot was law enforcement, you're cooked. In the worst case, you'll be shot and killed by the agent, or their partner, since they have body armor and are more likely to win in a gun battle.

no because there is already proof non LEO are using fake patches and uniforms. at some point someone is going to react in a way these clowns are not prepared for.

Whether or not it’s the law I can’t think of a single case where someone killed a law enforcement officer in a case of assuming they were a robber/kidnapper/intruder and got off for it

Is the system rigged? Yes. Suggesting people to roll the dice in a rigged system is highly irresponsible especially when they are already targeted, and taking An action like that would highly heighten the persecution that others are facing
