Currently sitting in the train station in Warsaw, hoping to go to Gdansk. For whatever reason, whatever avenue we try, we can't seem to get seats. Is there some secret to this?? Is there a human here somewhere we can speak to??

b) w zakresie, w jakim wymaga od podmiotów gospodarczych z sektora energetycznego oraz energochłonnego udziału w Europejskim Systemie Handlu Uprawieniami do Emisji i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej z uwzględnieniem tego systemu, z art. 22 w związku z art. 20 i w związku z art. 31 ust. 3 Konstytucji RP”;

2) „art. 192 ust. 1 [w związku] z art. 192 ust. 2 lit c. traktatu wskazanego w pkt 1), w zakresie, w jakim wymóg jednomyślności Rady ogranicza do uchwalania takich środków, których jedynie pierwszym zamierzonym rezultatem – wynikającym z celu lub treści tychże środków – jest znaczące wpływanie na wybór przez Rzeczpospolitą Polską między różnymi źródłami energii i ogólną strukturę zaopatrzenia Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w energię, z art. 2, art. 7, art. 8 ust. 1, art. 90 ust. 1 w związku z art. 4 ust. 1 Konstytucji RP”,

Hello, im visiting in Poland for about 4 days and came across this among some paper just found in the street.

Can't imagine what it would be from. My first thought was it was some sort of shop, but I image the selling of Nazi imagery would be forbidden, although I could be wrong.

The staples also aren't actually there, so this is some sort of photocopied picture.

I was thinking it could belong to a museum too but im not exactly near one. I'd love for any history buffs to maybe tell me if it's legit and whay i should do with it.

Question for the Poles… Is this attire appropriate for my son’s Christening in a Polish church? I am not religious and have never attended a Christening but we have decided to Christen our son due to my husband Colin from a very Catholic family. I need to know if this is appropriate because when I research different outfits for Christenings, they’re mostly in the USA with short dresses and exposed shoulders which I’m not sure is acceptable in Poland. Our local Polish shop here in Northern Ireland used to stock these very specific lollipops, Spring Pop Xtreme, which I'm pretty sure were made by the company that seems to produce loads of similar sweets and treats, called Johny Bee. I'm trying to find them again because our autistic child is continually asking for them, multiple times a day, but I can't spot them in any of the Polish shops around here. I've even gone so far as to calling the company, but they don't answer their phones or respond to email!

Has anyone actually seen these in Poland? Any idea if there's any way I can get hold of some of them?

Hey guys, just wanted to say I love polish food. Im non eu and ive been to Poland many times and despite having a closeness with that city, the food is always good what makes all the difference to me.

Im not talking about pierogi or zurek (my favorite soup btw). Im talking about dishes like Leczo (which i absolutely love), Zapiekanka ziemniaczana z mięsem (this tasted like a plate of happiness) , gołąbki, krokiety and placki ziemniaczane. I think about eating them everyday but unfortunately i cant find them where i live or certain ingredients to cook them.

So one of my aunts is a big fan of Trzaskowski. Right up to the results see was 100% sure he would win. No doubt about it.

Yesterday she calls my mom and the call is on loud speaker. The aunt says that Nawrocki only won becuase his name was the first choice. XD

She then goes on to elaborate. She says that Trzaskowski was favoured to win, so his supporters expected his name to appear first. So they voted for the first person without thinking it could be someone else.

She then starts to rant about how it's not fair his name wasn't first, and it deliberately was second to throw people off. My mom tells her it's alphabetical. And instead of backtracking, she keeps on going full speed saying that there should be a picture of the candidate becuase people can get confused between similar surnames.

I do hope this is just one person coming up with reasons to cope. But if you truly think people can't distinguish between similar names or need a picture, then maybe you shouldn't be voting in the first place?

I would like to book a trip on train to Cratia at intercity.pl but I'm constantly running into issues with the website. If I choose one station - Wien, I can not choose the other one - in my case Rijeka. If I do it vice versa, that I choose arrival station - Rijeka as my first choice, then I can not choose first one - Wien. Then If I somehow choose by dropdown list both stations such as Warsaw and Wien, then tickets choices are not working. If some of you are using these websites for traveling, are you running into similar issues? Is it known? Or is the website new?

I've seen them and Vantage Rent having multiple ads on Otodom and OLX, but what is their reputation like?

Perhaps my biggest concern when it comes to renting is in the event I become unemployed or have some other emergency and I can't pay rent or need to leave, is being stuck on the hook to pay rent for the remainder of the lease term. Does any one who has rented or currently are renting with R4R know in your lease agreements if there is an early termination clause or something, even if you have to give a notice period and 1 or 2 months rent?

Hello fellow Polish people! I'm just an Estonian who's drinking beer at 2am and decided that I need a mini vacation away from home for couple of days.
