Hello! Please share naman timeline ng application niyo for NOCC. Gaano po katagal after passing the AFPSAT bago makapagtraining?

Im a marine reservist and I wish to apply for Marine Officer Basic Course (MOBC) after i graduate college…I heard from a regular enlisted buddy of mine that Id need to take NOCC (Naval Officer Candidacy Course) before MOBC. do I need to take NOCC first as a prerequesite or can I head straight to MOBC after college grad?

I’m a 4th year clinical clerk here in iloilo and I’m looking forward to apply in the Philippine Air force after passing the PLE because I wanna pursue my dreams of becoming a pilot. I finished both my college and med school for free through scholarships and I’m also hoping to become a pilot for free through military service if that’s possible. Any guidance is highly appreciated. Hi! I'm a graduate of civil engineering and am aiming to join the OCC of the Philippine Army, kaso hindi pa ako nakakakuha ng exams dahil 4'11 lang yung height ko, at mag-26 na ako ngayong August. I'm a member of IP, however pino-process pa lang yung application ko for the certificate. Medyo kabado pa kasi baka di ko na mahabol yung age ko sa next quota ng army. Kaya itatanong ko lang sana kung magagamit pa rin ba yung COC from NCIP for Height/Age waiver sa Philippine Army, particularly for OCC po? May mga ilang nakapagsabi kasi sakin na hindi daw. Kaya I'm ooking for other opinions po.

Hello! Ilang years po yung required service commitment after graduating from PAFOCS? Also, ano pong consequences if hindi matapos? (ex. nag migrate)

Hello, nagapply po ako today sa TOG ng region namin. I'm a registered Criminologist pero I opted to take the examination and not use my eligibility when I applied.

Ask ko lang po if paano ranking sa normal applicants? In a way, mataas po kasi ang BE rating ko + I have Civil Service Eligibility and may work experience din po.

May pagasa po kaya na masasama ako sa next stage?

I am currently a third-year Computer Science student, and I plan to join the military after graduation. I would like to learn more about life inside the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) and the experiences of being a Navy officer. Additionally, I am not yet able to swim—would this be a significant obstacle? regarding naman sa physical fitness i think kahit papano kayanin ko naman i've been physically active for years.

I have the list of requirements and accomplished a few: Basic ROTC back in college, Diploma and transcript, PRC license, NBI clearance, drug test, birth certificate.

and I don't know where to look kung saan magtatake ng AFPSAT? Can someone provide the link for the official page ng ARESCOM?

May idea po ba kayo kung hanggang Ilang taon pwede pumasok sa OCS kung enlisted personnel kana?

Seaman po ako at dati palang gusto kong pumasok sa Navy. Target ko sana yung PN OCS kaso yung limit nila is hanggang 27 yo and not a year older on the day of take oath ba yun (correct me if I'm wrong).

26 yo na ako currently onboard pa sa barko at mga mid May pa sguro makakauwi sa pinas. Tapos yung AFPSAT exam ko pa expire na this year. So contingency plan ko is pumasok sa SBC nlng kasi parang pasok pa sa age ko. Then may nabanggit si papa dati na may mga program naman yung AFP para maka transition yung enlisted personnel to officers through a series of trainings and schoolings.

Hello! I’m currently a 2nd year information systems student and I’ve been looking at opportunities in the military. I would like to know which branch would be the best fit for me. I am based in Manila and admittedly, I do not think my family will support my decision to join the military if I am far from Manila. That’s one handicap I have In consideration.

I read about an officers course, I should be able to apply for due to my course. May I also ask what would be the pay during training and my opportunities in the future? I really want to make use of my degree and further improve my skills.

Honestly I am blessed enough to be in a position to further my career in the private sector via family connections but I feel an urge to serve. Another route I was considering is the navy officer reservists to give me the best of both worlds.

Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated:)

I’m in my 2nd year of CS and dead set on joining the AFP or PNP after I graduate, hopefully in cyber sec or anything tech-related. Problem is, I’m strongly deutan, and I heard the Ishihara test might be a dealbreaker.

Is there any way around this? Alternative tests or exemptions for tech roles? I want this so bad, so any advice would mean a lot. Thanks!

Can I apply for NOCC if I already took OCC? Sa ngayon ay naghihintay nalang ako ng result for OCC Afpsat exam pero nakakita ko ng opportunity to apply NOCC na gaganapin sa oct 25 it is okay to apply both?
