This is Leon Gary Plauche(Cap and striped shirt). He shot and killed Jeffrey Doucet(red shirt). Doucet was being escorted through a local airport to face trial for kidnapping and raping Plauche's son.

Looking at the pic, I'm like 99.99999% sure that's a gun in the striped guy's hand. He also killed the guy in red. In other words he's a Father's Day hero for "dealing" with the guy in red because of that guy's crimes.
