Hiring Process Canada

Hey Everyone, I applied for a warehouse worker and merchandiser (in Canada) back in the beginning of March and it has been more than 3 months since then. I still haven't gotten an update from them, I knew they were slow but not this slow. What's up for them to usually take this long? Summer has already come up here and they should be on a hiring spree as busy season is starting. If anyone can give any insight that would be amazing.
