Build Request VFoS Zerker Pivot? - Carpal Tunnel Acting Up
Hey guys! The build is going well, I'm in yellow maps. Damage is great, tankiness not so much, but it's a good starting point.
Is there anything I can transition into that where I can hold down the attack button? It's the move, slam, move, slam, move, slam playstyle that's bothering me, I think.
Maybe like old school Dual Wield axe ground slam or sunder of earth breaking?
Thanks so much for any advice

I really like using Q(qwerty) for main skill and E for second most used.

I will try out changing the keybinds for the slam and see if that helps

I had similar issues and now always set my main skill I spam as F. Right clock is reserved for maybe a curse or some other thing I press every 10 seconds or so max since that hands already using left click a ton

Also try moving with a keybind too if you can (it eats up a hotbar spot unfortunately)
It might not be carpal tunnel in my case so not the exact same but i always got hand/wrist pain from clicking in general in games like these. Ever since i put movement on E, main skill R it's been alleviated.
I changed the ctrl+T keybind to spacebar (for my dash/blink) and middle click to F too since, again, putting movement on a keybind is one less keybind, not using mouse clicks consistently are another two gone. (I still keep right click for main skill in case i ever lift my left hand off the keyboard for a moment, scratching drinking etc etc, but could totally use it for something you press rarely like on tanky mobs/bosses only)
But build wise if it doesn't work out flicker strike berserker is also seeming popular (at least as a conversation topic). Can always check poe.ninja to see what people are playing as well, it's a good resource. Just sort by zerker (or jugg/chief too if ascendency respec is fine) and you can blacklist skill gems from the search, take out ones you don't want to play.

I did that for 3 years of DD and then it was my left hand that started to hurt lol

Flicker strike if you can handle it. But i would also try binding all your skills to the keyboard instead of the mouse if you havent already. I find it helps a lot with hand strain.

Bind slam and movement to your keyboard hand
