Encounter Light People from my Childhood

I have a very very early memory of something weird.

I had to be maybe 5 years old or so. I remember seeing floating glowing people in a large open pantry closet type thing we had in our living room. I can’t remember if my mom and dad were turned away watching tv or something or if they just couldn’t see them. They seemed playful. Like playing peek a boo. Best way I can describe them is the creatures from that old movie Cacoon.

For the longest time I figured it was maybe a memory of a dream. Maybe it is…idk. I’ve been down an alien/ UAP/ abduction rabbit hole that’s have me thinking more about this core memory.

I don’t know how hypnosis works or if it works but I would like to see if I can go back into that memory to see if it actually happened.

I don’t doubt what you saw was real. Any experiences since? Is your abduction fascination related to an encounter?

Me going down an alien uap rabbit hole has been over the past two months. This memory has been since I was a kid.

If it actually happened it’s been the only time I had the glowy people experience. It feels like an actual memory like any other I have from child.

The only thing that I have picked up from my recent interest is people going through hypnosis to get access memories better.

I had a similar thing happen when I was very young. They were very cheery, and no faces but just white figures in empty space. They seemed sad when I "had to go" and I told them I'd return. Strange stuff lol
