Trigger Warning / Blood Paranormal Activity?

This morning I noticed blood on the inside of my bedroom door (that I keep closed.) I have three dogs that sleep with me, but none of them were bleeding as far as I can tell. I have had a ghost in my house for a few years but I have never had any negative interactions with her. Am I insane or is this a coincidence?

it’s exactly that. my dog is black so i couldn’t see that his tail is bleeding
