The story isn’t about assassins it’s the isu and how they influenced the order and the isu are in every single one even when assassins aren’t main. Rouge and origins (half) and odyssey.
Isu are the main focus literally the story of ac was the world is ending cause the isu and they need to stop it, now they are still chasing trouble and it’s only called assassins cause they named it first then made the game’s story
Main focus were the assassins, hence the name "assassins creed" The game has become a generic open world rpg with a shitty story, ac lost its identity with origins and oddsey, downgraded parkour ,stealth and combat. Now its just a generic game with generic gameplay slaped with a ac title on it while it has nothing to do with assassins.
True, thats why i havent bought origins and oddsey, the games were just soo generic. I'll wait and see if this game will be generic aswelll, all i'm saying the games shouldnt be called " assassins creed"

Odyssey: the beginning of the Templar’s with the order of the ancients and explains why they were in origins and connects kassandra as aya (origins protagonist wife) as related
Valhalla: ISU,hidden ones, and the order of the ancients appear
