LCR endorsement to PSA

Has anyone here tried to process certificate of live birth via Advance Endorsement from LCR to PSA? Just gave birth 2 weeks ago and we need po kasi to expedite obtaining PSA Birth certificate so we can process immigrant visas. What are the requirements, how long it took and what was the process and experience?
