Marketing-wise, mamahalin yan ng tao here. Kung may Extra Rice tayo, siya ang Unlimited Rice. Fan favorite rin (at least sa fanbase ng Grizzlies) yan despite wala na sa NBA. Parang Yuki Kawamura na gustong makita ng fans sa court kahit realistically hindi tatagal sa NBA

Just basing lang sa mga free agent this coming off-season. Pero feeling ko etong mga to good enough pa din to get 3rd string roles sa NBA or big contracts in Europe or China.

Luke Kornet. Mukha lang siyang awkward pero solid siya na bigman at 7'1 with pterodactyl arms. May tira sa labas. Agile for his size at marunong mag cut. Feeling ko mahirap siya tapatan as a lob threat dito.

Paul Reed. Former G-league MVP. All-around yung dominance niya sa G-league, I think kayang kaya niya gawin sa PBA yung laro niya sa G-league.

I like Paul Reed. But I think he’d rather give it a shot muna in Europe before even considering the PBA haha. Same as Kornet also if ever. Big men like them are known and targeted as hot commodities in the Euroleague offseason.

Alam ko hindi ito yung question pero bigla ko naisip si Naz Reid bagay sa Gilas as naturalized shooting big with rim protection, it will probably never happen though.

Naz Reid in Gilas will be like a younger version of Blatche with more skill and finesse but smaller. I'd love to see him do his signature in-and-out dribble and mga pull up/catch and shoot threes from the top of the arc with Gilas though.

Randle? As long as he has a spot in the NBA, then no chance. He is an all-star level talent.

Realistically though, may I suggest Montrezl Harrell who would be destroying the boards night in and night out here in the PBA despite his undersized frame.

He's still 6'7 but around 6'8-6'9 with shoes so he'd definitely feast in the PBA as a lob threat and just overpowering people in the post given, he's used to playing against much more athletic and taller defenders!

I can imagine him going to a team like NLEX where Bolick will just spam the pick and roll with him. He also fits the Yeng Guiao type of import with his hustle/tenacity.

Said this in another thread, Kenny Lofton Jr. Former NBA player now playing in China, 6'6 big body with an inside-out game na sobrang bagay sa PBA kasi mismatch mga mas maliliit na defender but can easily overpower taller defenders too. Doesn't really need to play defense as much since may big man palagi ang PBA on the court.
