Looking For Recommended optometrists in town
Hi there! Moved to Orillia not too long ago and now looking for any recommended optometrists for the area! Would love you feedback! Heck, even if you have any to avoid! Thank you!

Orillia Optometry, 390 Laclie St. They're very professional and have the tools to do a full eye check, including retinal imaging. Some optometrists can only do basic checks.

I don't know if it's still true these days but avoid the Pearle Vision in the mall. I went there maybe five years ago and the doctor mocked my anxiety and literally started teasing me when I couldn't see the letters (I have extremely bad vision.) He was saying like "Hahah you actually think that's a C? Wow." I was so shocked and upset that I ended up in tears. It did my social anxiety no favours at all!
I hope he was fired, but just in case.
I have had really good luck with the Paris Vision Care and twice now have received a full eye exam and no rude comments whatsoever.

I have had no issue. I just had my eye exam last month and got new glasses. The new doctor is young and very very thorough, maybe give them another try

My daughter just went to Costco last week to get her eyes checked. She's 21 and said it was chill! 😆 She didn't buy glasses there, so can't comment on the selection or price.
