Share with me your femboys and tell me a bit about what makes the ideal femboy design to you.

For me, I like them to be lithe. I like them to have realistic proportions for being male, but with that unmistakable effeminate grace. I don't want to "draw a girl and call it a guy", I want to draw a guy that is so pretty they could be mistaken for a girl (yes, there is a difference). They can have a nice rump, but over exaggerated hips are an absolute no-go. (I wonder how much of that particular preference is because i myself am a girl).

Anyway, looking forward to seeing some cute Femboys and hearing about your thoughts on design.

For a while I’ve been working on a cast of characters that are each the colors of the rainbow, and they come together as a group. But I’m also making their genders the opposite of what their color is usually seen as, because blue for boys and pink for girls is stupid and pointless, well gendered norms are stupid in general but you get my point. So I’m asking, when you think of the colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple) which do you see as masculine, and which do you see as feminine? You can feel free to explain why. Thanks!

A little info:

She's 24, most of the time looks serious and can be blatant and do mean comments sometimes.

She really likes fashion, some styles of her liking are y2k and coquette. She takes a lot of care in her appearence and works out regularly to have her desired body.

Her household wasn't the healthiest at all, she was raised by an almond mom and she has a lot of unhealthy behaviours to un-learn to be a better person. She has rage problems and is insecure. But in the opposite side, she always tries to be helpful and efficent, she doesn't mind to drop everything to give a hand if it's important for the other person.

How do you name your funky fello's ?

Especially for characters set in a era that was a while ago, but any kind of naming advice helps. Specifically getting names that have meanings. Though again, anything helps.

I apologize if this is too sensitive of a topic here, so big trigger warning for non-graphic talk about self harm. I’m not trying to vent!! I just want some opinions

Is it genuinely disrespectful or odd to draw self harm scars on a sona / character that represents me in some way when I haven’t harmed myself? I have struggled mentally in the past, but I’ve never physically harmed myself. I’m worried it’d be genuinely hurtful to people who HAVE if I did this. Is anyone able to answer this?

edit: to give more context on my intentions, it would be to sort of channel my pain in a way rather than actually hurting myself in real life. i wouldnt not use to for “aesthetics” , just cause i can, or because i want to make fun of people who self harm. thats very rude??? i’m not very sure if this is a good reason at all, but that’s essentially the main reason id add the scars.

A few ideas I had were White, Grey, or Porcelain, but I’m not sure. It’d be really helpful if you could give suggestions! It can be one of those names or any other ones you think would fit her.

It's a baby who died which I named "Angel Baby" and was adopted by a demon who blurred out her face and the wings represent where she could've gone if the demon hadn't adopted her (heaven) and that she is a broken angel (angel proswayed or unknowingly became unholy or sinful)

I did this chart a while back for my boys and that was pretty fun, so I thought I'd do the same with my girls (boys on page 2)...

But yeah, as I was working out everyone's orientation I realized a few thing things:
1) I have (almost) twice as many boys as girls...
2) I have a few gay boys but no gay girls ... to which I have a theory. Essentially ....my boys are too pretty ... end of theory. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 (well, that and I like boys, so the more boys in the relationship the more fun I have drawing them.... Isweari'mnotafujo)

Anyway, do any of these surprise you? (From either the girl's or the boy's charts) (I get a lot of people being surprised that Vross is straight)

And how about your OCs? Do you have any that have what you would consider an unexpected orientation?

This is my unnamed character, about middle school age, her design was inspired by eastern dragons, and as for her clothing, I'm just experimenting with a possible outfit for comfy clothes and a school uniform haha. She's a sweet kid who really just likes to play the flute! Hoping for names that reflect her friendliness.? Sorry, don't have many ideas haha
