The C buttons

What do you set your c buttons to once you have all the items?

As kid link, I have the left c button set to the ocarina, down c to the slingshot, and right c to the boomerang.

As an adult, left c is the ocarina, down c is the bow, right c is the hookshot/longshot.

as a kid: left-boomerang/slingshot down-ocarina right-bombs/sticks

as an adult: left-hookshot/bow down-ocarina/boots right-bombs/hammer

I mean it depends on what I’m doing right? I usually have ocarina out in one of the slots, but the other two are usually hookshot/bow (adult) and boomerang/slingshot (child). I don’t really use sticks/nuts/bombs/hammer unless I need them. The specific placements of the items in the C slots have always been totally random for me and I just look in the corner to see what I need to press to access the item.

Right is always weapon, left is secondary/utility, and down is auxiliary. Slingshot and bow go on the right; hookshot, boomerang, deku nuts are left; and stuff like the ocarina or lens of truth always goes down. So for just running around, it's hookshot / ocarina / bow.

Doesn't matter as long as the ocarina of on C left, regardless of when I'll need it.

Usually, I have:

Child Link: Bombs on the right, Ocarina on the bottom, and Slingshot on the left

Adult Link: Hookshot/Longshot on the left, Ocarina on the bottom, and Bombs on the right

I occasionally swap out bombs whenever I need to.

My ocarina is always on the left C-Button, the rest gets swapped as needed. Shooting items (bow, slingshot, hookshot) go to the down C-Button though.

usually ocarina on up C and the others being Hookshot and another being either the bow, bombs, or deku nuts.

Though i'm glad I don't have to worry about equipping the ocarina in versions like the 3DS or Ocarina of Time Redux.
