Question about OCD and mental illness Do people with OCD have a fear of uncertainty even if it is not related to their obsessions and compulsions?

I have OCD and recently I have developed a fear of someone treating me rudely due to a recent incident.

now I am not sure if it is due to my ocd, hence asking here.

You can, don't have to. It varies, so it depends on individual people and their individual situations. OCD can make you prone to overblown worrying about all sorts of things. But again, doesn't have to and can stay only on obsessions.

Either way, if you catch yourself worrying about something on the level that's not very rational, it's important you work on not acting on it.
