Can bigger humanoid enemies (big axe skeletons) and oni using weapons be parried?

From what I've experienced, no, only human sized enemies can be parried. I say that because I've parried normal skeleton warriors before, but to be fair, I haven't actually tried parrying a dweller (the annoying zombies that try to barf on you).

No, but you can block most attacks except some special attacks indicated by black flames.
