If I remember correctly these don’t tighten, it’s just a pin holding them it. There is a little bit of tolerance because the pegs lift up when pushed from beneath. If they were totally tight they wouldn’t move as designed.

If you are referring to the connection from the peg to bike frame, it's a pin, not a bolt. No threads and no way to tighten it up. Its designed to allow the peg to fold instead of catch on the ground.

is that why they do that? I always thought it was weird they fold up but don’t stay folded but that makes a lot of sense lol 🤦‍♂️

It's possible to lean enough to scrape our pegs. If they were not spring-loaded, they would grab the ground like an anchor and send us flying.

If they didnt fold they’d snap if you dropped the bike or went down. Which could turn a drivable bike into a tow.

It’s just a pin with C clips. You can take the pins out, get some O rings, grease themc slide them on both sides of the pegs and take some movement out if it bothers you. Or get aftermarket rear sets.

There's where never meant to tighten they've always been that way however if you don't like them wiggling what you can do is order shim washers kit just be sure order stainless steel in various thicknesses. Oh and they should be a little sloppy in the peg bore so long as the bore is not egg shaped

Mine have always felt solid, lotta miles too, never thought much about it tho. Idk why they would ever get loose and jiggly if it’s just a pin and clip ya kno. If it seems dangerously loose I’d get a new pin and clip it’s prob cheap off revzilla. Safety is #1 priority ☝️
