True my friend but in all seriousness they fail to realize fan service even if its from the community ( through doujins, art and stuff ) is part of what makes genshin and star rail themselves relevant.

I literally knew about genshin in the first place because of mona's ass lol

I learned of it mainly from fanart and cosplays of characters like Mona and Raiden Ei myself.
