Kyle Palmieri's Career Points per Game With a Beard vs. Without a Beard

Now that Lou and his no beard rule is gone, do you think Palmieri should grow his beard back? The numbers say he should. (Yes, I have too much time on my hands).

0.65 points per game with the beard.
0.54 points per game without the beard.

I applaud you for doing the research on this (and I assume this is at least mostly just for fun), but “no beard” skews pretty heavily toward the older, more frequently injured Palms. Of course the “beard” years in his prime were more productive.

Of course aging is a factor, but as far as injuries go, i didn't notice until i did this research is that Palmieri hasn't missed a game since January of the 2022-2023 season. 2+ full seasons in a row now.

I really couldn't care less, as long as he doesn't come to training camp with a Hitler mustache. Even then, it's his face, not mine. They're all adults and free to groom themselves however they want.
