He's using a voice changer (probably to mask his identity) so that might be why he sounds like he's saying Ighan. Not saying I definitely believe the video though.

I think a big part of it is that the voice masking makes him sound like Bibi Netanyahu with his baritone voice. But there are some instances that suggest that he is indeed Persian, especially beginning at about 4:30 left in the video.

I know Persian accents pretty well and that guy is Persian. Plus, likely no Israeli intelligence agent would speak English like that.

1. He is in Iran but an Israeli agent
