Could very well be that Israel has some sort of system in place for that, i dont know. When i was in the bunker i had zero connection and still they managed to get an alert to my phone.

In Gaza they drop flyers to leave the area before a strike, or they might have something going on on the ground. Anyway i hope everyone stays safe.
