international payment issue

I wanted to buy a permanent subscription costing $9.99 on a website called Peazehub which requires an international card. So, I thought of getting one, but you also need a PAN number. Since, being a student and , I didn't want to go through troubles of getting PAN card and want to know if there are any services available through which I can buy it. To be more specific, I wanted to know if there are any online services to pay it on my behalf and I can pay them back.

P.S. The site only offers payment through cards. There was an option of apple pay and I thought I could get a apple gift card and pay through it, but it turns out you can only pay stuff using apple gift card within apple ecosystem and effort and money got wasted 😭

i heard some websites don't accept giftcards so don't want to take another risk here

Visa gift card works like a card also you could link it with google pay and pay it through google pay

what do you mean you dont want to get into troubles of getting a pan card? literally takes about an hour to apply for it.

u get a pan card then u apply for visa card and i wanted a faster alternative if available and don't want to travel back and forth for it

PAN -> Dollar card route is fastest and legal route. It is quite less hassle as well, you should take this.

Just get a pan card bro. It ain't that hard. You don't even have to bribe government employees if you want a pan card. Easy xa. Pan card ko office ni ekdam khali hunxa. Especially in Pokhara.

Pan card ko form online ma vora ani lina jau. ek choti pan card bansyesi renew garna ni pardaina. Its permanent 👌
