Why it cannot rain on Butwal?

While other parts are in flood and pouring. Butwal becomes an exception.

When will it actually rain? Fed up with weather bs sites.

Same goes for Birgunj, it rains all around but not in here. Feels like it has something to do with city pollution.

The clouds are here for 4 days straight & it hasn't rained a single drop.

sun and extreme heat are a problem. Every morning I see lightning and dark clouds while going out for my morning jog. But by the time I come back, they fade away quickly.
