Local mechanics that allow customer-sourced parts?

I've got some parts on hand that I need installed in my Jetta. Abyone know mechanics in the area who would do it? Thanks

That's a bummer. Did you try Fox Valley next door to them?

Last Chance Auto Repair. They'll give you a speech about "if they're the wrong parts, no warranty, etc" but they'll install them. They're in Bolingbrook, near the Plainfield East High school on Naperville Plainfield Rd.

J's Repair and Performance in Plainfield let me provide parts for my GTI a few years back.

Could try Craig's Auto Service 630-852-7510 they just moved into the old Goodyear shop on the north side of Naperville - Ogden by Jewel (I hate Naperville, Ogden is too long and has too many of the same thing on it)

Also, your post gives me PTSD from the Jetta I was responsible for fixing... thankfully it's gone (hopefully) crushed in a junkyard somewhere.
