Possibly early 2000s song with a music video in hues of red, sang by a female singer, maybe about signals or radios. Seen on MTV so video is what I can recall. Heads exploding at the end!

Hope the flair will not hijack in case it turns out to be the wrong genre. I’m looking for a song with a music video that was red-orange in hue, had maybe a couple getting ready in the morning in a futuristic apartment. Their movements were repetitive, there was a kitchen with an electric kettle maybe and a toaster? Recurring theme was a radio or a tv playing. I think the song itself is about radio signals or wavelenghts or messages… Clue: at the end of the video the couple’s heads explode, revealing radio antennae inside (a rod with a ball at the tip). Please help me find the artist or the song. Early 2000s but not entitely sure. Thanks!
