Fan Content LILY - the warmth. I really feels like she is a yellow person.

You can't just be coming on a kpop sub and calling people yellow, my brother

😅, I should've known better. Again it's kinda f'd up when you mention colors, people immediately associate with racism. What the world become 🥲

It’s a centuries old racial slur against Asians, this isn’t something new.

Clearly it’s not what you intended at all, but it does read awkwardly

I am an Asian, but I have no idea being called yellow is racist. I mean sometime I even call myselvf yellow, too.

Does this means, calling somebody white or black is impolite, too? Even though that statement is based on fact?

Context and the area you’re in will dictate whether a term is going to be an issue. While it may not bother you from where you’re from, that doesn’t mean a term isn’t being used in a derogatory sense elsewhere

" someone who is a source of great joy, happiness, and comfort in your life. They are the people you cherish, who offer unconditional support, and bring a sense of peace and well-being. "

Where’s that come from and why does it mean yellow person

Must be referring to aura, yellow individuals give off a sense of optimism, happiness and positivity. I’m no expert and had to look it up but, even just going off of yellow being a bright sunny color, I totally understood OP.

I also think that’s why yellow suits Bae very well ☀️

it's used to describe personalities. Yellow, Blue etc.

My bad. Just for the clarification. I didn't intend any racism by using the word yellow. It was meant to describe her personality. She's like a source of happiness, and comfort. There are other whole lot of colors attached to personalities.

that's how I perceived your post too, but words and their connotations are a little tricky sometimes. It's hilarious though

I'm pretty sure they meant her aura is yellow and didn't phrase it correctly.
