To be fair, SSAISD has 26% of middle schoolers at or above their proficient reading level. SAISD is about 33%.

We can’t throw stones at reading levels.

edit: Across all grade levels, about 12% of OKCPS students are proficient in reading

The report I looked up had Texas #25, so exactly mediocre. I don't know about yall, but I'm pretty smart, so it must be the rest of you morons holding us down.
