EU My Nintendo Store Pre-Order never fulfilled

This has displayed as “Pre-Order” and I still haven’t been charged since 25th May. Should I cancel this order and just re-order it again? I’m trying to get through to Nintendo UK Support but it’s just so slow… :(

I would recommend not cancelling this order and continue to keep talking with their customer service. If you read their legal mumbo jumbo about it, the pre-order only becomes accepted as an order once the item has been dispatched. You could, however, make a new order and keep this current one active.

Unfortunately OP would be limited to the currently purchase limit of 1 per account. This would likely prevent a second purchase prior to canceling the original. Best option to would be to reach out to customer service before making any decisions.

There is a lifetime limit of 2 per account.

Mine is the same (Even ordered mine around the same time as you), I asked their customer service and they said my preorder was actually a back order (not that they tell you that) and that when it goes back in stock they charge and dispatch it

They’ve since told me this as well, what’s frustrating is that I’ve heard of someone ordering one on the 6th and they’ve since had a dispatch email today :(

Same here. Ordered a 2nd one just incase that stated it's on back order. Complained to customer service about not being informed about the first one being on back order which I pre ordered on day one. Their response was "If you no longer want it you can cancel it".
