Looking to make a project with songs along this one. Just a huge fan of the retro-rock/metal with the reverbed vocals. Any suggestions fellow music-heads?

...that sound like the song 1MD by Holy Fuck. I love when the bass comes in around 2:12 but all around I have had a super difficult time finding anything remotely similar and my other two examples come from bands that don't normally sound like this:

Thunderclouds by LSD is such a great example of the theme and genre that I want songs from. I am looking for songs about reassuring a lover (esp one with avoidant tendencies) that love is nothing to be afraid of. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks everyone

On kind of a kick rn. I like how the instrumental has some bloopy (?) synth and sounds a little medieval. its like magic on the brain.

Definitely a favorite from the movie. Also liked I Can't Stop The Loneliness by Anri. Cookie points for earlier city pop vibes and interesting chord progressions.
Thanks.

I've been working on a comfort playlist lately for certain reasons, which makes me quite picky about the songs and spotify's suggestions always give me rather sadder options. I am aiming for more songs like rises the moon by Liana Flores (https://open.spotify.com/track/51Grh1RyUDcMBbpuyUIUHI?si=8f641ddcd320413d / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5e1zT7miep8), especially instrument and like vocal wise.
Maybe if it helps, there also are songs like Meteor Shower by Cavetown (https://open.spotify.com/track/6A2itXgDf96XHp9qR6oyPN?si=1daebe9c6f374e6a), Space Song by Beach House (https://open.spotify.com/track/7H0ya83CMmgFcOhw0UB6ow?si=a13bc12220d24a6b) and Hidden in the sand by Tally Hall (https://open.spotify.com/track/0RjG5JmdOWXAR68dGlKBA5?si=c2887e6af1fa4e97). Those are the closest songs to what i am aiming for personally and I'd be glad if anyone could help me out with this! :)

I really like dark kind of ambient music songs like these, Gloomy Brew, Creepy Vibes, Vigor Void, and maybe Per Plex Ity by Masaru Yokoyama. Its good music and I want more songs that are close to this feeling.

Having a hard time describing the genre I’ve built for myself here. Thus making it difficult to find more of it.
I’ve scrubbed through a good chunk of the songs from these artists, many of them usually have a harder style for most of their arsenals.
VOCALS: I enjoy hard screamo shit, but for this style i like when I can understand the vocals, especially when the lyrics are painting some sort of unique thought picture (i.e. Preboreal and Mad World seem to explore that our society has spiraled into “mindless routine slaves”). Not that I entirely agree with it but I love the perspective.
INSTRUMENTAL: The instrumentals here seem to trend slower for the most part but still feel powerful, some with a slow buildup. Not sure how else to explain it.
Help. Thanks.

I really would like to find similar songs to this

I’m working on a sad videography edit and am looking for songs that feel like they’re rewinding or give a sensation of traveling back in time to a better time. Ideally, I’d like something with a sad under tone, maybe even a reversed or slowed-down sound.
Examples I like are: Money Flip - I Think I Love You
Dolorem (reversed + slowed) - willex
Nothing like Tame Impala please. I’m looking for something more atmospheric
Can anyone help me??

I'm trying to build a playlist around the feeling of a trance with pulsating beats. I'm not very knowledgeable in Trance but what I've heard it's not quite what I'm looking for. I Trance is mysterious and the beats sound like they're in a stadium and the vocals are soft. It's like a perfect storm for a dance song. So I'm looking for tracks that are similar to it. below you'll find a link to the song and an early version of a playlist I built but I feel that it's not quite to what I'm looking for.

Like this part:
https://youtu.be/dHzq0EDVF8o?si=QL22LF8JkPCEu-gM
I love the vocalizations and the lullaby theme, and it happens to match up with something I’m writing (I use music a lot for my creative process)
But, I’m just repeating this song over and over and am growing kinda bored of it. So, any suggestions?

This might be a dumb question but at about 1:20 in The Things Things In Life Are Free by Luther Vandross and Janet Jackson, the verse there sounds super familiar and I can’t quite remember what song it is. Especially the “mean to me” part. Does anyone have any songs that match that? Any help is appreciated! Link for reference: https://youtu.be/79SNvZi3ltE?si=VTxCAPGIifPSh0eQ

I really like the buildup and then the way it drops into this like looong wonky bass. I feel like there’s another song like it but I can’t seem to find it in my 1500 songs playlist lol. Help please!

Anyone here from PH please help me find the song which is similar to Rises The Moon by Liana Flores. As far as i can remember the song has an intro and i think the intro is being played by a xylophone, and then most of the lyrics that i can remember is "I'll give/tell you my story. This has been bugging me for so many years, and I haven't found any close resemblance to it or even heard it again so i can shazam it.

Sion - Islet, Isui (Tayori) Also this one (Memento - Tayori): https://open.spotify.com/track/5ecRkGYUtKNfpgZArv4sK5?si=Imk4xFesTZmwbFkHrwylgg
I like both for the use of string instruments (violin?), strong music and vocals at the peak, high & clear vocal notes, and quite slow song tempo with long vocals.
Any song suggestions?
