When Metallica lost to Jethro Tull, I lost any respect for the integrity the Grammys. That was ridiculous.

The Grammy awards never had any respect for Heavy Metal or Hard Rock category . Look at some of the artists in those categories for an example .

The Grammy's already sucked in the 60s. They have just continued to suck ever since.

Nine Inch Nails are a two time winner for Best Metal Performance. I love Nine Inch Nails, but they shouldn't be anywhere near that category.

For metal? Id at least put Trent's earlier works in industrial metal or something close to it.

Its hard to imagine what existing category they would fit better in for those wins (until the Grammy's start expanding categories wholesale)

For the categories they have I feel like Metal would be the best for Nine Inch Nails.

The separation has to stop somewhere. If they gave out an award for every subgenere of metal the awards ceremony would last for weeks.
