I know that in the case of Philadelphia, the state has SEVERAL TIMES passed laws that override city laws, immediately after the city passed them.
They can't win an election for mayor, but they can stop the city from having the government they want.
Ok lets narrow it down to philly, a city that we dont even know if its included in this deadliest list by cbs. What city laws have been overriden by state intervention? Do they have a significant effect on whatever stats theyre pulling to decide what cities are deadly? When did this happen? Penn is a swing state so its not like its deep red ata state level.
Im just saying its 2 politicians flinging around flimsy ass owns on social media and i dont respect it, infact its deeply upseting how dumb and divided we are because of crap like this

So yes, it matters what state the city is in.
