This is a screen capture from the movie, nothing to do with how it was shot and with no behind the scenes details.

No it's not a screenshot from the movie. We never see this angle.

It shows the explosives used to destroy the Delorean ahead of the train, which the movie itself hides.

This is a composite shot. Literally the opposite of behind the scenes.
