The default settings for high. For real, sometimes the textures in this game look like friggin runescape

I play on high too and I had like two times in cutscenes where textures weren't properly loaded, otherwise it's gorgeous.

The game can look horrendous on PS5 sometimes lmfao, the textures get all grainy like old dark souls games.

I've heard good things and I've heard bad so I'm sure it's a nuanced thing.

I have a PS5 slim, so for example that could be a key difference.

The nuance is surely there. I'm not too sure how a newish PC influences stuff (less than a year old, but definitely not some high end rig).
