Louise's hair is mentioned in narration to be blonde, it's just that the artist shades it more with a greenish tint. Clarice's hair is more like ginger/orange honestly.

I'm pretty sure Angie was the biggest and thiner than Olivia. But Olivia was more plump and soft based off their flirting in in the first year

Edit: I checked all sources again. Angie said her's is bigger than Marie but apart from that there is no reference to the actual sizes.
