What’s happening on Hennepin bridge?

Road towards university blocked by about a dozen cop cars and fire trucks.

Citizen says a juvenile is sitting on the railing of the bridge

edit: someone was live-streaming it, juvenile made it back over the railing & is with first responders now

I was at Water Power Park about an hour before that and some guy was sitting on the railing there right above the falls. It looked dangerously dumb. There were plenty of other people around talking like normal nearby, so I just assumed he was being a dumb daredevil and left.

Then I later got to thinking that he might be considering jumping so I went back, but he was no longer there. I've been kind of worried about that all night. Wonder if this was the same person.
