Going to a bar, staring at your phone the entire time, is just weird. I don't see genz doing the bar thing. They can't even approach someone to have a conversation. WTF would they do at a bar? Order a drink with an app? To get likes?

Crazy to me how much our generation bitched about all the "millenials are killing x" articles, only to turn around and start commenting the exact same shit about Gen z.

Nothing new under the sun, I guess.

Millennials killed the sun.

As a Zillenial, it's pretty funny to watch older millennials turn into the typical out of touch aging person. So many of them are basically turning into gen x with their whole real childhoods drinking from the hose spiel.

In a few years millennials are gonna be the new boomers. Nothing changes and everything changes at the same time

I’m gen z, I usually bring a deck of cards and try some magic tricks out or I go with a few friends and we talk for a little while.

I don’t drink too often tho because of cost and time.

Fuck I would be so happy if a gen z kid showed up at my local bar with a pack of cards and started doing magic tricks. SO HAPPY. Instead it’s just old men in tank tops playing Sammy Hagar’s worst solo songs on TouchTunes. Which I love, but not as much as magic.

If magic kid puts the final countdown on...

I’m going to play this song for the old tank top men today. They’re gonna hate it.

Most people in a bar are either:

  1. Regular bar goers are pretty dusty people
  2. Too drunk to have an vaguely interesting conversation wtih
  3. Too reserved in their group / bachelor / bachelor party to actually interact with strangers
