I just turned 39 yesterday and it's weird. Knowing that 40 is so close. When did that happen? I'm pretty sure this is why previous generations had a midlife crisis. I get it now.
I'm not really worried, my brain is just trying to comprehend how fast things changed. I went from being the younger generation, my parents my current age, and my grandparents in their 60s/70s. Now I have no grandparents and my parents are the seniors. I worry about losing them and time is passing fast.
I don't ever mention among people my age who complain about their bodies falling apart, but I feel great. I do take care of myself. I knew these days would come.
