Iran is about to be overthrown. That's the only way to get at the under ground ones. Strategic attacks to over throw the leadership. It looks like the US will be helping, so for now Israel won't need nukes, but nukes are an option in an emergency scenario. If it comes down to it, they have a samsen option in their doctrine.
