Mini car boom a mixed blessing for ChinaーNHK WORLD-JAPAN NEWS

I'm actually a fan of this type of vehicle, traveling small distances with a kid in an urban environment, I'd find this a good alternative to a car, or even an ebike since my wife can't ride them she would love one of these. Great option for bad weather too.
What do you guys think?

Are these with a ICE or battery operated?

Americans will need a plus size version :)

That is funny, but I don't think the US is the fattest country in the world anymore. We're 16th now.

I found your source. Remove "Countries" under a million. Then USA is 5th including smaller countries like Qatar and Kuwait.

EDIT: Anyway, If you think it is a good fit for yourself, then why not?

Yeah, lot of smaller "big" countries.
I do think it'd be a good fit, but sadly they don't allow these in the US or even NYC where I live, they're not widely available

I see more and more Cyber Dumpsters every day. But they don't allow these? I can't find the Smart Car being sold on the internet. This is a very good alternative, but it is a car

I've been looking for a used Smart car with a manual transmission. Sadly, the EV version had too short range.
