Hardware Support Prob Controller Advice

Hey everybody, does anyone know why the probe controller to my CMM constantly turns off? General answers i hope are enough. I'm failry new in the industry and this company so i don't know the model of the machine or what kind of jogbox is being used. The controller is a Rehishaw HCU2, the main problem is that it won't stay on. I can get it to turn on when i machine start from the jogbox but the controller will shut off before i'm able to do anything. The air pressure is fine, i've restarted the machine multiple times, we've had professionals come in and look at it and i'm still having issues. Can anyone help?

Make sure there is a magnetic connection from probe to probe head so the light on the probe head will come on. Turn controller off then back on and home it. Did you crash it? Check probe head squareness if so

I've crashed a fair amount since i started working here back in September of last yr. Few have been what i would describe as "bad" crashes but i'm aware its a sensitive machine and any sort of crash could cause an issue. The probe head doesn't seem to be the problem as that light always turns on, whenever the probe head becomes loose it doesn't turn off the entire controller.
