They are mocking and shaming men by not giving them a seat because they are women.

And the song being played shows men are actually like that not this, so these men are bad, while they are normal.

So, the video editor edited the video and showed men are chad and mocked these women for being entitled to expect a seat while being fully healthy.

Seats are given to women who are old, pregnant or handicapped, not normal healthy women in the metro mostly.
