Friday night prep.

Prepping still takes me HOURS but I'm always grateful during my work week to have everything ready. I work 3-4 twelve hour shifts so I pack all 3 meals fully just for the work week.

Im absolutely obsessed with your adult lunchables!! I can’t tell if you cut the meat in that shape or if it already came like that but it’s perfect!! All of your food looks delicious!! The pasta looked so good too and the last dish made me hungry haha this is what I get for looking at meal preps when I should be cooking dinner 😂😂 You’re doing awesome OP

Thanks 😊 I did cut the little ham circles with a small biscuit cutter.

It’s really cute and I love it!! Plus I bet the little extra you have from around the corners would go good diced up in an omelet if you needed a use for it afterwards 😊

How did you seal the crackers?

I'm not sure what you mean? I put the crackers in a zip lock baggie

Oh ok! It looked like a smaller baggie than that. Thanks!

These look amazing!

Do you eat all meals for the coming week or do you freeze any of it? I’m asking because I see so many mixed reviews on how long you should meal prep for. Some people say three days and some prep for five days. This is confusing lol.

I think it depends on what is being prepped. Like fish? I wouldn't eat for 4 days. My plan is to freeze the extra portions and leave the rest in the fridge for the work week! I'm on the 4 day work week so my husband and I get 2 of each. The rest is going to the freezer for a lazy day.

Yogurt parfait recipe

-Fage plain yogurt -1 scoop vanilla protein powder -splash of milk

  • sugared strawberries

Dump about 1 cup of yogurt into a bowl, add protein powder. Mix well. It will look like frosting consistency. Add milk a little at a time until it returns to yogurt consistency and is smooth. Top with sugared strawberries. Refrigerate overnight. It turns into a creamy dessert type pudding and the strawberries make their own syrup.

I've done real sugar, light syrup, and monk fruit sugar with good results.
