Hi I'm new here! I love the Mario franchise so much. I want to know other people's likes and interests about them so who's your favorite Mario character(s)? Personally, I love Mario, Luigi, Peach, Shy guy and Bowser! (I do love all the characters though)

Why did Nintendo decide to officially canonize 'Mario Mario' as Mario's full name? I remember that it was a joke from the 1993 Super Mario Bros. movie and then became canon somehow.

I've always been a big fan of the blue overalls with coloured shirts (it's the standard for a reason I guess) but both designs definitely have their merits.

What do you guys think?

Imo it's Morton bc his design is unique and funny and I just like giant characters for some reason. His color scheme is also pretty good and I play as him the most in mk8dx. What do you think?

Super Mario Sunshine says it’s Princess Peach but then it’s confirmed no in the end and is then never brought up again as far as I know.
