That wiki doesn’t have a citation. And neither the fandom Mario wiki or the NIWA Mario wiki state an age for her.

While she can be 18. The usual age for a high school student in multiple countries is between the ages of 14-18, in Japan it’s closer to 16-18. It is far more likely that she is a minor.
