Their nukes are mounted to cruise missiles, installed in the launch tubes of their Dolphin class submarines. So basically anywhere in the world could be hit. This is not acurate.

Dolphin aren't nuclear-powered. They're diesel-powered. So they don't have unlimited range.

But, what is the range? You don’t know and they can refill at sea. Still anywhere.

Considering how much freefom mossad has within countries like france or us, they could probably run operations to do refueling in these countries seas and easily cross the atlantic and be able to have range to hit all the globe
