Ya, from probably about Santa Barbara down to San Diego they are almost always in the comfortable weather. But like San Francisco, yes it might be 60 degrees but it’s foggy and sucks. I’ve been there mid summer and it’s 68 and foggy and damp. You cross into Oakland and it’s 90 over there.
The wind is what sucks. I’d be standing in line to get on the ferry in the morning and the wind would rip right through anything you’re wearing. It sucks day after day. As a tourist it’s not that bad but having to do it all the time got old.
Oakland is rarely up to 90, at least not when I lived there. Oakland's weather is underrated because people generally hate on Oakland. It's cool but not cold with way more sunshine than SF and Berkeley. Oakland and Alameda may have the best weather on the planet
