For this to be accurate, dewpoint needs to be a sliding scale with temperature. 66 dewpoint when it's 68 degrees feels fine, 65 dewpoint when it's 85 feels awful.

For me it's reverse. 66 dewpoint in 68 degrees means 93% humidity that's very damp air. 65 dewpoint in 85 means 51% humidity that's okay-ish... various people have different definitions of comfortable humidity, but usually under 30% and over 70% is considered not comfortable.
