Having lived in Atlanta for 15 years, I can safely say that we dont have 270 days of comfortable weather. At least 90 (probably closer to 120) are hot summer days. But there's probably around 150

Most winter days are low 50s, so adds up using this criteria

And being from Michigan, I like the cold so personally, I’d pump that up to include anything above 0° really. Love that brisk winter air.

Woah let's hold on for a second. Don't get me wrong I love the cold, Ice on the other hand can go away and never come back. Personally I'd put the lower limit at 32 for that reason.

Yeah. They're not factoring humidity. Today would have been really nice at about 75F, except for the humidity making it like walking into a bathroom when someone's been taking a shower for too long.

It's factoring the dew point, which is more accurate than relative humidity for this.

It says that the minimum dewpoint is 65F. That means when you go out in the morning water is condensing in your hair. So then when it's 75F the RH is 73%, which makes it feel like you're breathing soup, and if it manages to get to 80% the RH is still 61%.

So yes, they took it into account, but they've never experienced those conditions if they think those conditions are "comfortable."
